High-quality and suitable for many applications, LiuDrive HSG Series Cubic Worm Screw Jacks are engineered for precise lifting, lowering, and pivoting of loads. Under normal operating conditions, the HSG series is maintenance-free and designed for long service life.

The housings are manufactured from high-quality grey cast iron and aluminium, ensuring excellent strength, durability, and operating safety margins. All housings feature a true cubic form and are machined on all faces, allowing motor and screw jack assemblies to be installed in any orientation.

The worm gearing incorporates a specially modified profile, resulting in low inter-gear surface pressure and extended working life. The worm is manufactured from high-grade alloy steel, hardened and ground for maximum durability. Normally, spindle pitch and gear ratio are matched for optimal performance. Single-start precision rolled trapezoidal screws are typically self-locking; however, safety regulations must always be observed.

Optional ball screw configurations are available for higher lifting speeds. Please note that screw jacks fitted with ball screws are not self-locking, and all such installations must be equipped with brake motors.
