• Premium Helical-Worm Combination: Features a high-wear Tin Bronze Alloy worm wheel perfectly matched with a 20CrMnTi screw. This material synergy ensures high transmission efficiency, extremely low noise, and outstanding wear resistance under heavy loads.

• Right-Angle & Compact: The input and output shafts are right-angled, creating a highly compact structure that offers a wider selection of gear ratios for precise speed reduction.

• Hardened Helical Gears: Helical gears are forged from high-strength alloy steel, carburized, quenched, and hardened to HRC58 ~ 62. All gears are CNC-ground to maximize strength and guarantee ultra-quiet operation.
