The LiuDrive SGT Series Screw Jacks are engineered for precision, durability, and heavy-duty industrial applications. Designed for reliable lifting, lowering, and positioning tasks, the SGT series combines robust construction with high-performance worm gear technology.

The precision worm gear set ensures smooth operation and high efficiency, while the heavy-duty housing provides long-term stability in demanding environments. An integrated dual lubrication system guarantees reliable performance over extended service life. Standard capacities range from 5 kN to 2000 kN, with customized designs available up to 3500 kN.

The SGT series supports multiple drive concepts, including machine screw, ball screw, and roller screw configurations, allowing optimal selection based on load, speed, and duty cycle. Units are available in standard materials or full stainless steel versions for corrosive or hygienic environments, and are designed to operate in temperatures from –50°C to +200°C. Safety features include anti-backlash designs, safety nuts, and self-locking spindles.

Configurations

Basic Design
GO Configuration (Spindle Above): Spindle moves to transmit linear motion.
GU Configuration (Spindle Below): Same function with inverted spindle orientation.

Running Nut Design
LO Configuration (Running Nut, Spindle Above): Nut moves axially for lifting motion.
LU Configuration (Running Nut, Spindle Below): Same function with inverted orientation.
